Macro to move columns and rows in Excel

RED – If a task hasn’t been completed and it’s finish date is in the past (i.e it’s impossible to finish it on time)

AMBER – If work is behind schedule (% complete is less than % elapsed duration) but the finish date is in the future

GREEN – Work done isn’t behind schedule
